The requirements for the back strap vary depending on the type of selection. For example, for the burr buckle: the length and width of the burr strap are consistent, with a tangent of 0.1CM, a right angle needle turning, and the burr strap is aligned with the fabric strap, with a width of 2CM;
Copper plate buckle small strip: uniform width, top and bottom flush, tangent 0.1CM, right angle needle turning, width 1.8CM;
Third gear buckle small strip: The long strip is the same as the copper plate buckle strip, the short strip is 1.8cm wide, and the single layer tangent is 0.1cm.
The hole behind the bag, whether it is a handbag or machine bag, or a single or double line, has the same overall effect and requirements as the double needle cover strip. The back hole has a smooth arc with consistent curvature on both sides. Special attention should be paid to the cleanliness of the double needle tail strip on the back piece, and it should not cause burrs or streaks in the back hole.
