The weaving method of straw hats
Braid seven strands of wheat straw (such as water grass, wheat straw, bamboo strips, or brown ropes) into a spiral bottom by hand, and then use a straw hat machine to nail it into a straw woven or straw woven hat. Finally, use seven braids of grass to loop the edges around the brim of the hat. Wearing this type of straw hat in summer not only provides shade but also ventilation, making it very cool.
1. Antipodal junction
After tying the entire row of knots, the adjacent two strands are grouped together and then tied together to form a knot mesh.
2. Single knot
The string tied to the horizontal line is grouped every four strands. The fourth strand is pressed onto the second and third strands, and the first strand is padded under the second and third strands. Then, the fourth strand is pulled over the first strand, and the first strand is pressed over the fourth strand.
Take the first strand and place it under the second and third strands, then pick and place the fourth strand over the first strand. After pressing down on the second and third strands, place the first strand under the first strand and tighten the first and fourth strands downwards. Straighten the second and third strands to complete the order.
After completing the first section of the group, the reorganization will combine the first, second, third, and fourth shares with the adjacent two shares, forming the second row structure.
3. Double junction
Double knots are formed without restructuring after tying the first single knot, with a small distance between them before tying a second identical knot, and then combining it with adjacent strands. Two consecutive knots form a double knot.
4. Round grid copper eye
The round grid copper eye is a combination of single knot and square grid. The specific method is to form a group of six strands of string tied to the horizontal line. First, weave one, two, five, and six strands into a single knot, and then cross the three and four strands. The third strand wraps around the fifth strand, the sixth strand pulls to the right, the fourth strand wraps around the second strand, and the first strand pulls to the left; After completing a row in this way, cross and wrap the middle two strands of adjacent groups together. Pull the third strand of the previous group to the right, cross with the fourth strand of the group and wrap around the first and second strands, and pull the fourth strand of the latter group to the left. Cross with the third strand of the group and wrap around the sixth and fifth strands, and intersect with the sixth strand of the previous group to form a knot. At this point, a complete winding grid copper element eye is formed.
